Custom Tumblers:

Custom Tumbler Payment & Approval Policy

1. Design Approval

Once you place a custom order, I will create a digital mock-up of your tumbler design for your review.
You may request up to two rounds of edits. Any additional edits may incur an extra fee.
Final approval is required before production begins.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of final design approval.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
Custom orders will not be produced until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of these items, cancellations or refunds are not available once the design is approved and production has started.
If you provide images that are low-resolution or unsuitable for printing, I may not be able to use them. In such cases, I will notify you immediately and discuss alternatives.

4. Shipping & Pickup

Shipping costs are calculated separately and must be paid before shipment.
Local pickup may be arranged at no extra cost.

5. Disclaimer

Colors and design placement may vary slightly from what is shown in digital mock-ups due to monitor settings and the sublimation process.

Return/Refund Policy:

🔹 All Sales Are Final

Because every item is handmade or made-to-order, I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless I made a mistake.

🔹 If I Mess Up, I Fix It

If your item arrives with:

wrong design
wrong color (see disclaimer below)
misprinted or defective

…I’ll replace it at no cost. You must message me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

🔹 No Refunds For:

Buyer changing their mind
Buyer not liking the style after receiving it
Incorrect spelling submitted by the buyer
Items used, washed, or altered by the buyer

🔹 Shipping Issues

I can’t control USPS/UPS delays.
If they lose the package, I will help file a claim, but I'm not responsible for replacing items unless insurance covers it.

🔹 Custom Orders

Must be approved by the buyer before I make them.
Once materials are used, no cancellations.

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of my items, the colors you see on your device may not match the final physical product exactly.

I do not offer refunds or remakes for slight color variations unless the item is clearly incorrect from the design you approved.

Mockups are for visual reference only and may not represent exact scale on the final product.

Actual design size is based on the item’s real dimensions and may vary slightly due to the handmade process.
No refunds or remakes will be issued for minor variations in scale.
